use words from Brief - proves I've read it and qulitfies decisions I've made
justify the NEED for my proposal- evidence to support my argument/idea

what values do they have?
why will they engage with it?
describe my motivations
why am i doing it?

creative expression ?
my opinion- find it hard to find something that will tie me over until meal times without it being unhealthy
