when researching into etching i came across these etchings of trees. i really like how you can create effective detailed line work with etching which works perfectly for creating the grain and texture of trees.
thinking of how i can use trees in my etchings to show a imagination thought process.

| i have tried to use a etchy drawing technique when drawing this idea to give me a idea of how it could look as a etching. starting of with a normal tree in autumn time - minimal leaves, with some falling off in the wind. |

i worry that this idea may have been done before and therefore does not communicate the idea of a vivid, imagination lewis carroll had.
will it be to difficult to do several drawings with the same amount of detail.- enough time?
