self evaluation

what skills have been developed through this brief and how effectively do you think you have applied them?
Working on a coloured background and having to think about where to put the t tone
thinking about how frame can impact on effectiveness of the illustration.
How to Produce images only using two colours. – Had to think of which areas  to shade, and which to leave empty so that the background colour (  Paper stock) acted as the tone.
what approaches to /methods of image making have you developed and how have they informed your concept development process?
using the sheets of paper to quickly produce loads of quick ideas – give me more to work with. This also lovely to look at them all together and then try to incorporate a few ideas into one.
Producing them in a frame sizes first to give me a better understanding of what it could look like.
What strength can you identify in your work and how have you capitalised on these?
Developing favour ideas fervour and experimenting with layout firstly gave me a clear idea what my final piece will look like.
What weaknesses can you identify in your work and how will you address these in the future?
Spending too long/developing ideas right up until the end and not given myself in of town developed the idea with media.( In some ways forgetting at developing/experimenting with media, may develop my ideas)
identify five things that you would do differently next time and what do you expect to gain from doing these?
Instead of doing quick ideas are moving on from them, develop them with media as I go along.
Allow myself a body of time to just focus on experimenting with media – give myself deadlines idea making/experimenting etc
make sure I know ( visually) the size frames and working in, as I was surprised how small they were.
Explore with mixed media.
Experiment with photoshop  after finishing humdrum pieces.
Do practice runs.
