Below I have tried to develop my first idea (above) of the answer china. I concentrated on the character design,
I've tried to make the panda look fatter as I thought this adds to the narrative as the panda is eating. I've also merged the idea of artistic block into this illustration, as I thought the panda could act as the block, especially now I have Made the panda fat.
To emphasize that the illustration is about china I added chinese writing to the panda.
