i showed my dress dolly idea idea to Fred and mentioned the problems i was having with the dress (cover to cramped with various clothing), he agreed that it was over complicated, but understood that i would need a number of different clothing's to describe the stereotypes if i wanted to represent the dress dolly 'game'. he suggested simplifying my idea right down, taking the dress dolly aspect away and maybe just using the odd object/clothing i have illustrated such as below as this is simple but still effective. i worried that this would not make sense, or illustrate various issues in the book. However Fred make me think about weather this was necessary - does everything need to be given away? it just needs to entice. therefore keeping in simple and not obvious may work better?
Above i have experimented with keeping it simple with the amount of themes/issues i illustrate but instead of illustrating objects or clothing, i thought about showing a few types of people as i enjoy drawing people.
