after visiting the 3rd year printed textile exhibition i was really taken by some of the repeated pattern work on show, especially the intricate patterns. i have found it quite difficult to get back in the flow of 2nd year so far and where to start with work and how to develop from last year. after our first crit i sa a few peers have used repeated pattern at a method and reminded me of the work i saw at the exhibition. so below i have started thinking about repressing the same motif.
