OUTCOMES
RESEARCH - understanding , What is my subject and dispassion with illustration, what is my work about, i.e. if doing a children book, will knew to know how children learn. professional competences: everything around being a professional practitioner. i.e. composition, story boards.
PROBLEM ANALYSIS- using knowledge, experiences and pull together to solve the problem/briefs -not doing things that other people want me to do, do it how i want to do it.
VISUAL QUALITY How good is it? well produced? how i develop my work with media, how i present it through crits, - the projects visual quality.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCE -taking risks with a informed weightily of technical ability.
EVALUATION: informed by artists, what worked, what didn't work.
READING LIST - must submit bibliography.
what do i say illustration is: this will inform the work i choose to produce. my body of work will explore my opinion. - drawings, reportage?, social, exhibition work? single editions? this is how i will extend my practice instead of just making pictures. i choose the focus, but must show the context of the work.
could do a brief a week?

briefs up until christmas - shorter shaper briefs.
could read a newspaper on Sunday night and come up with a editorial piece for Monday
maintaining a constant visual extended practice throughout the year with briefs.
focus in second semester - major brief. FMP signature piece.
