interior pages in context of a book

I used negative space to draw more attention to the single illustrations, and this shows that the image could be moved,  or used again on another page, incorporated into other illustrations - showing the  flexibility of a spot illustration, more so than a whole scene.

The client didn’t state if he wanted full pages, text and image on one page etc., so the spot image was a safe bet in terms of later manipulation, although i would of preferred to know for sure the dimensions and formats to work from.
