I had to simplify elements of the design to be recognisable and memorable. I tried to use elements of illustration development i have used for other projects and personal work - using detailed drawings on focal point areas (tools
tradesman uses) combined with simple outline drawings to communicate the belt
of a tradesman.
I also had to consider how the
design needed to be combined with text, so again a complex design would not be
ideal.
