do i add pol rogers type face to the label?

i feel this is needed to still advertise and inform the viewers what champaign they are drinking when the bottle is not near the box! however it didn't not say in the brief adding brand details were needed - maybe they do this themselves with their selected design? 

i feel this is something that should have been specified on the brief.
